First is the BUYERS ANALYSIS. This analysis can save you many hours of time and a lot of frustration in searching for the right financing options available to you. It will provide you with information on current interest rates, down payments and monthly payments on the loan programs you qualify for. It will also alert you to any special loan programs or financing opportunities available for your particular situation. All information you provide is held in the strictest of confidence.
Second is the PRIVATE HOME SEARCH. Our PRIVATE HOME SEARCH tool will provide you with the most current information. Unlike most sites, HomeEnvy.com’s Homes for Sale listings are updated daily to ensure you aren’t wasting time looking at homes that have already sold or have been taken off the market. Rest assured your contact information will not be sold or given away to anyone, so only an HomeEnvy.com real estate expert will be contacting you.
We recommend selecting at least three homes and no more than six to start. Three homes allows you to make some valid comparisons, however more than six homes and it’s easy to get confused keeping track of which one had which features and what you liked most or least about each one you viewed. You can always look at more later if you don’t find that perfect home on the first try.

Buying a home can be an emotionally charged event and emotions driving major purchases might prevent wise buying decisions. To make sure you are not over paying for the home you have fallen in love with, we provide an analysis to make sure it is fairly priced in comparison to other homes in the same neighborhood with similar features. This analysis alone could save you thousands of dollars, but that’s not all we do.
Next we will gather all the information we can on the home to evaluate its condition. We want to make sure the useful life of all the major components that are in your home will not run out soon. This will let you know if your ‘dream’ home could potentially become a ‘money pit’ real soon. Again, this can prevent an unwise buying decision and save you many thousands of dollars.
Finally, we are going to do something that is very rare in the real estate industry. We are going to communicate with you, really, we are! From our fist consultation through contract to closing we are going remain in contact with you. We are going to take your calls and if we miss one, we are going to call you back. SELLING YOUR HOME

First, we ask a lot of questions about your goals. The more we know about what you want to achieve, the better we can plan to help you achieve it.
Next, we ask more questions about your home. We want to learn everything we can about your home.
After we learn everything we can about your home we do a market analysis, comparing your home to others in the neighborhood with similar features. This tells you how many competitors you have, what their selling price is and how long their home has been on the market. It also tells you what homes have sold recently and at what price.
All very critical information to ensure your home is optimally priced for your circumstances.
THE MARKETING PLAN
Once we have gathered all this information we develop a marketing plan specifically tailored to your goals and your home. The marketing plan encompasses many items, but two very important items are property appearance and property condition.
Your HomeEnvy Representative will tour your home, inside and out, with you so together you can both look at it through the eyes of a potential buyer. Your Ashford representative will provide you with a written list of recommended actions you can take to ensure your home has maximum appeal to potential buyers. Taking these recommended actions before putting your home on the market ensures your home looks its best for the very first showing.
